Randall is survived by his son, Randy Harvey and wife Kay of Oakland; grandsons, Randy Lee Harvey and Robert Harvey and wife Nikki , both of Deer Park; a granddaughter, Jody Dawn Harvey; and three sisters, Virginia Gower, Zelma Bittinger and Inez Kitzmiller.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Josephine E. (Pigott) Harvey, on February 21, 2017; a brother David Harvey; and a sister, Wanda L. Harvey.

Friends will be received Friday from 1 to 4 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD and Saturday from 10 to 11 AM at Lakeside Assembly Of God, 18012 Garrett Highway, Oakland, MD at which time a funeral will be held with Pastor Dennis Caton officiating. Interment will be in Paradise Cemetery, Oakland.
