Randall is survived by his son, Randy Harvey and wife Kay of Oakland; grandsons, Randy Lee Harvey and Robert Harvey and wife Nikki , both of Deer Park; a granddaughter, Jody Dawn Harvey; and three sisters, Virginia Gower, Zelma Bittinger and Inez Kitzmiller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Josephine E. (Pigott) Harvey, on February 21, 2017; a brother David Harvey; and a sister, Wanda L. Harvey.
