He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda Sue Lohr; a son, Harland Lohr and wife Jody of LaVale; a daughter, Lisa Ellifritz and husband Eric of Mtn. Lake Park; a grandson, Daniel Lohr; a sister, Mary Shreve and husband Eugene of Swanton; a brother, Frederick E. Lohr of Swanton; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Dorothy Lohr; a sister, M. Lucille Shannon; and four brothers, Daniel E. Lohr, Luther D. Lohr, Roger W. Lohr and Lewis Carlton Lohr.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 PM, 6 to 8 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD and Wednesday from 10 to 11 AM at Otterbein United Methodist Church Of Swanton, 3443 Swanton Road, Swanton, MD. The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday at Otterbein United Methodist Church Of Swanton, 3443 Swanton Road, Swanton, MD with Pastor Carl Lee and Pastor Barbara Rexroad officiating. Interment will be in Alexander Lohr Family Cemetery, Swanton In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Swanton Otterbein Church or Hospice of Garrett County.
