In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Isaac Butcher and his mother, Lauren Kushner of Manheim, PA; three sisters, Katy Butcher and David Dubert of Woodbine, Kerry Kooyman of Springfield, OH, and Nicole Butcher of Monrovia; a nephew Braden Dubbert; stepfather, Greg Kooyman of Kettering, OH; and paternal grandmother, Patricia Amanda Butcher of St. Petersburg, FL. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William F. Butcher and maternal grandparents, Cliff and Kathleen McCormick.
