I was a class mate of Charity's when Garrett Community first opened. She was not only a good student but she became a good friend to the student body as well as the college.
Unfortunately, I have not seen Charity in a few years but the last time I did she still had that radiant smile. Well, right about now I believe that she and her former Garrett english professor Joan Crawford are walking hand in hand telling stories about Garrett and Deep Creek.
Some people are better because someone unique came into their lives. Your mom was that person to me. I wish you all pleasant memories and I ask you to continue her dreams and traditions. That my friends is the ultimate honor.
