She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Bob Swinson; a son, James Swinson of Oakland; three grandchildren, Jesse Swinson and Courtney Swinson of Oakland and Angel Swinson of Texas; three brothers, George Higgins, Jr. and wife Annie of FL, Steve Higgins of Parkersburg, WV, and Greg Higgins and wife Terry of Belleville, WV; and 58 nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, George “Link” Swinson.
