He is survived by his loving wife of over 63 years, Lena Gennett (Foster) Wilt; children, Art Wilt and wife Bonnie of Kingwood, WV, Steve Wilt and wife Gale of Masontown, WV, Terry Shaffer and husband Brad of Silver Lake, WV, and Pastor Marty Wilt and wife Debbie of Oakland; nine grandchildren, Denny Wilt, Jenny Beveridge, Rich Wilt, Andy Wilt, Erika Myers, Stevi Ellifritz, Mike Wilt, Jamie Wilt and Cody Wilt; eleven great grandchildren, Garrett, Kayla, Cole, Bailey, Ethan, Greer, Jameson, Faith, Landri, Creed and Caleb; a brother, Earl D. Wilt of Gorman; two sisters, Esther Rhodes of Gormania, WV and Joy Foster of Crellin; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Neal “Butch” Wilt; a sister, Hazel Uphole; brothers, Anthony “Dick” Wilt and Jerry Wilt; and an infant brother, Alfred Neal Wilt.
