Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM at Burdock-Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD. The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday at Underwood United Brethren Church, Underwood Road, Oakland, MD with Pastor Frank Harvey and Pastor Donald Matthews officiating. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service at church. Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens, Oakland with full military honors accorded by the American Legion Post#71 and V.F.W Post# 10077. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Underwood United Brethren Church, c/o 181 Glotfelty Dr., Oakland, MD 21550.
