She is survived by a daughter, Sandra K. McGinnis and husband Tom of Gormania; a son, Don Eugene Hatley and wife Brenda of Keistersville, PA; five grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two brothers, Eugene Shaffer and Carl Shaffer; sisters, Carolynn Wiles, Betty Atkinson and Deborah Strawser; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Hatley, Jr., in 1999; a granddaughter, Billie Dawn Hatley; sisters, Pansy Mae Shaffer and Iris Simmons; and brothers, Everett Shaffer and William Shaffer.
