In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children, Craig Edward Phillips and companion Jerry of Delaware and Shawn Marie Phillips-Warnick of Missouri; three grandchildren, Tristan Phillips, Kavin Reid Warnick and Izabella Marie Constance Warnick; two sisters, Catherine Tasker and Judy Garcia and husband Joe, both of Missouri; a brother, Richard Earl Paugh and wife Regina of Baltimore; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Connie Paugh and Shirley Jean Paugh.
