Obituary of Betty Jean Holtschneider

Betty Jean (Parker) Holtschneider, 73 of Swanton, died on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born on August 30, 1941 in Robersonville, NC she was the daughter to the late Willie Carr and Helen (Parker) Bennett. Betty worked as a nursing assistant with a number of Maryland State Hospital Centers. She is survived by her husband, David F. Holtschneider; numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. Friends will be received at the C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. 2nd St., Oakland on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, May 22, 2015 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in the Murphy Cemetery, Swanton. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to a charity of one’s choice. Service Information
