He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rebecca (Knieriem) Kitzmiller; two daughters, Catherine Kesner of Fort Ashby, WV and Joan Harvey and husband Charles of Deer Park; four grandchildren, Leah Lechliter and husband Matthew of Aldie, VA, Andrew Kesner and wife Holly of Cumberland, Brison Harvey and wife Hannah of Lexington, KY and Sara Harvey of Morgantown, WV; four great grandchildren, Owen, Wyatt and Evan Lechliter and Harrison Kesner; a sister in law, Beverly Cardaro and husband Charles of Newport News, VA; a brother in law, Ronald Waybright of Greeneville, TN; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Myrtle (Waybright) Kitzmiller, in 1992 and a sister, Vivian Owens.
