He is survived by his loving wife of over 57 years, Beverly Jean (Evans) Spiker; three children, Robin Jean Spiker of Oakland, Thomas Lance Spiker and wife Carol Ann of Swanton and Cristal Dawn Spiker and Mark of Kitzmiller; grandchildren, Anthony William Schrock and wife Courtney, Aimee Dawn Spiker and Brooke Ann Spiker; a step-granddaughter, Heather Nicole Wolf; a step great granddaughter, Ava Paugh; a sister, Helen Harvey and husband Junior of Keyser, WV; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, James, John, Donald and Dale Spiker.
