He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Roberta (Paugh) Kinser, to whom he was married on June 30, 1962; three children, Timothy Kinser and wife Janet of Frostburg, Tammy Dewitt of Oakland and Thomas Kinser and partner Paul Whitman; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; four brothers, Harry Kinser and Doug Kinser of Pennsylvania, Eric Kinser of Hagerstown and Norman Kinser of Ohio; two sisters, Diann Morris and Freda Mumma of Pennsylvania; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers, Ben, Dave, Bub, Tommy, Marvin and Gary Kinser.
