She is survived by two brothers, Michael C. Kepple and wife Janet of Oakland and Timothy H. Kepple of Albuquerque, NM; sister of the heart, Heidi Qualls and husband John of Oakland; two nephews, Cole and Kyle Kepple; Heidi’s and John’s children, Morgan and Mason Qualls; and two step-sons, Austin Hall and partner, Trisha Feeney of Hendersonville, NC and Jon-Michael Hall of Jacksonville Beach, FL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard A. Hall, in November 2014.
