She is survived by two sons, Robert Rounds and wife Tonya and Rusty Rounds and wife Rachael, all of Oakland; three grandsons, Keith, Seth and Devon Rounds; three step-grandchildren, Terry, Courtney and Julie LaRue; loving sister, Zelma Kegley Neary of Mtn. Lake Park and her family, including a special niece, Phebe Neary who regarded Joan as a second mother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry R. Rounds, in October of 2014; her stepfather, Alfred Spooner; and a brother, Burl E. Kegley.
