She is survived by three stepdaughters, Gloria Krahl of Bloomfield, CT, Mary Cosby and husband Peter of Berlin, MD and Gale White and husband Roger of Pensacola, FL; a stepson, Joseph Arnold of Spain; two brothers, William Swiger and wife Lillian of Front Royal, VA and Ernest Swiger and wife Connie of Oakland; and numerous step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Henry Arnold and James M. Pennington, her twin sister, Fleta Swiger and sister, Flora DeWitt.
