Stephen is survived by his sons, Bryan S. Nally and wife Jessica of Manassas and Michael J. Nally and wife Tina of Bluemont; five grandchildren, Madison, Jordan, Ava, Lauren and Trevor; two great grandchildren, Molly & Maggie; a sister, Bonnie Betancourt, and his companion, Judi Ann Paugh.
