Jamie is survived by his mother, Bonnie (Bowman) Lewis, his two sons, Jeremiah and Talon Lewis, the mother of his children Donnette (Riley) Lewis, his sister Tammy (Lewis) Morgan and husband Terry, brother Mike Lewis and wife Linda, brother DeWayne Lewis and wife Gayla, niece Rhonda Lewis and husband Bobby, niece Amber (Bernard) Hill and husband Max, nephew Aaron Wells, niece Brittany (Morgan) Sines and husband Jeremy, nephew Dylan Lewis, niece Nicole Ferguson, niece Brooke Ferguson, nephew Justin Sheally, niece Amber (Sheally) Stonesifer and husband Trevor, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-nieces & nephews.

Name: Jamie Lynn Lewis, Age: 40 Of: Oakland, MD Date of Death: Monday, July 10, 2017 as a result of a tragic automobile accident. Friends will be received Sunday from 3 to 7 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD. The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Joe Spiker officiating.
