In addition to her parents, Sandra is survived by her sons, Nick and Tyler Owens of McHenry; a daughter, Stephanie Hamp and husband Court of El Dorado, KS; a brother, Eddie Brown of McHenry; a sister, Diane Taylor and husband Joseph of Baltimore; her grandmother, Elizabeth Quinn; two nephews and a niece, Douglas, Shane and Laura Taylor; and her boyfriend, Jeff Baier.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the McHenry United Methodist Church, 477 Mosser Road, McHenry, MD 21541, with Pastor Jonathan Moon officiating.  The C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A. has been entrusted with the arrangements.  Condolences for the family may be left at www.csfredlockfh.com
