He is survived by a sister in law, Penny Proudfoot of Oakland; a sister, Marie Rublee and husband Dan of Harrisonburg, VA; two brothers, Mike Proudfoot and wife Mayliza of Hedgesville, WV and Milton Proudfoot of Oakland; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Proudfoot.
