In addition to her mother, Velda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of nearly 37 years, Dale H. “Chief” Hanlin; three sisters, Marti Keener and husband Robert of Kitzmiller, Barb Moore and husband Bob of Kitzmiller and Mary Haught and husband Kenny of Keyser, WV; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; special cousins and best friends, Donna and Bud Sisler; and “adopted daughter” Kate Walker and husband Mike Smilley.
