Mr. Gibbs was preceded in death by his fraternal twin, Joseph Shewell “Jay” Gibbs, IV and his sister, Joan Gibbs Clark. He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Shewell Randau of Chesterland, Ohio and Erin Stauver Gibbs of Mentor, Ohio; two granddaughters, Faye Ellen Randau and Gwen Antonette Randau, of Chesterland, Ohio; his sister, Kathleen Gibbs of Mountain Lake Park, Maryland and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
