She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Randall Hobart Harvey; a son Randall Ernest “Randy” Harvey and wife Kay; two grandsons, Randy Lee and Robert and wife Nikki and one granddaughter, Jodi Dawn, all of Deer Park; one sister, Maxine Kerns of North Carolina; and one brother, Robert Pigott and wife Bernadine of Fairmont, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Preston Kitzmiller and Howard “Sonny” Pigott.

Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 North Second Street, Oakland, MD and Saturday from 12 to 1 PM at Lakeside Assembly of God, 18012 Garrett Hwy., Oakland, MD at which time a funeral will be held with Pastor Dennis Caton officiating. Interment will be in Paradise Cemetery, Oakland
