She is survived by her loving daughter, Alana C. Winters and husband Joseph of Oakland; two grandchildren, Joell Marie Lyons and husband James K. of Cumberland and Alison Claire Welch and husband Todd S. of Westminster; great grandchildren, Hilary A. Lyons and fiance Peter Rosenberger of Harrisburg, PA, Ian J. Welch and Claire A. Welch, both of Westminster; nieces and nephews, Bonnie Harris, Darlene Crane, Richard Rennie, James Green and Ronald Rennie; a dear great niece, Renee Harris; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and a special friend, N. Wayne Twigg of Cumberland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband and father of her daughter, Melvin Thomas Loar; second husband, Benjamin H. Evans; a brother, Alvin James Green; and a sister, Leah Elizabeth Rennie.
