In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Victoria Lynn Bowie of Huntingtown, MD and Samantha Ann Uphold of Eglon, WV; two sons, Warren Edward Philyaw, Jr. of LaPlata and David Luther Philyaw of Gorman; companion, Glenn Lowery, Jr.; five sisters, Barbara Lowery of Lexington Park, MD, Linda Alvey of Mechanicsville, MD, Mary Philyaw and Deborah Leford, both of Leonardtown, MD, and Patricia Morgan of Lexington Park, MD; a brother, Bryon Morgan of Great Mills, MD; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard George Seaman, in 2013 and a brother, George H. Morgan, Jr.
