She is survived by four children, John Burkle, Jr. and wife Gail Grimm Burkle of East Hampton, NY, Carolyn Offutt of McHenry, Jan Ellen Peltzer and husband Brett C. Peltzer of Wilder, VT and Randee C. Burkle; and grandchildren, James Willis, Jody Vrettos, Jonathan Burkle, Justin Burkle, Parker Peltzer and Ana Mackay Peltzer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John G. Burkle. Private family interment will take place in the Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstead, NY on a later date.
