Obituary of Nettie Judy

Nettie Sylvania Judy, 92 of Silver Spring, MD and formerly of Oakland, died September 22, 2010 in Montogomery General Hospital, Silver Spring, MD Born May 16, 1918, in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Evelyn (Robey) Wolf. She was also preceded in death by her husband Bernard M. Judy. Nettie worked for many years as a secretary for the US Department of Labor. Surviving are two sons, Bernard M. Judy, Dothan, Alabama and Richard Judy of Silver Spring, MD, two daughters Nancy Johnson, Irvine, California and Mary Judy of Galway, Ireland, one brother, Irving Wolf, Oakland, MD. 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Friends will be received on Monday, September 27, 2010 at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N.. 2nd Street, Oakland, MD, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Donald Matthews officiating. The Committal Service will be in the Parsons City Cemetery with the Rev. Bernard M. Judy, officiating. Service Information
