I have known Nettie since the fifth grade. She always knew how to make me laugh and was a good friend after my mother passed away 35 years ago. She was truly special and I will miss her greatly.

There are no words to express the sadness that is in my heart right now. Nettie was one of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was so full of life and so pleasant and kind and always thinking of others. No matter where or when i would see Nettie she was asking about how i was doing and how my husband and my family was. I loved talking with Nettie because she always always made me laugh and that big bright smile was such a comfort when I was having a bad day. God gained a special Angel and she is in such a great place now and at total peace. You are all in my thoughts and prayers!

In this time of loss, please let me express my deepest sympathies for her son and family.
Nettie was a very dear friend through high school and beyond. She never failed to ask about Mom and Dad and more recently my son. A very sincere friend.
After recently seeing her, it is hard to believe how and why things happen, but believe in the bigger plan.
Nettie is at peace and in a much better place. Godspeed in your travels...

My deepest sympathies to Runetta's family. My prayers are with you during this difficult time. Find comfort, strength and peace in knowing others care. No words, however kindly meant can soothe your pain away.
May each day that passes bring you all hope and comfort, too, through memories and the heartfelt prayers of friends who mourn with you.
I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know Runetta.

Words seem inadequate to express the sadness shared by so many. When we lose someone we love, it seems time stands still. Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help to comfort you tomorrow... and may your memories give you strength.
Runetta was a classmate of mine, and more then that, she was a GREAT friend! Although I moved away, I always made it a point to stop by Brownings and say hello on visits home. I was just in town and stopped to see her last Saturday, but she was off...I would have never guessed it would be my last chance to see her!
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Netta, who was a friend to ALL who knew her! Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
May God Bless and keep you all,
Susan Shockey, Class of '81

My deepest sympathies are extended to Timothy, Phyllis, Doug, Theresa and family.
Runetta will be missed greatly and remembered fondly. She had a great and wonderful impact on me in childhood and I am very thankful to also have known her as an adult, parent and strong, fearless and proud woman. Her smile, laugh, great-big heart and sense of humor were infectious and always welcoming. I am truly blessed to have known Runetta and to have her as a friend.
God Bless,
Tanya (Vetter) Sell

I just can't believe I'm writing on one of my best friend's condolence page,
when my cousin called me this morning at work and told me the news I was lost for words. Netta I was just speaking of you and some of the crazy funny things we did. we always found away to stay in touch even when I moved to Pa. You had such a big heart, and I feel like I lost apart of mine...
In life there are moments when you miss someone so much, that you wish you could grab them out of your dreams and hug them tight! My dear Sister and now you....but I will see both of you one day....I will never forget you my dear friend.
Love You Forever,
Donna Lake

I Would like to send are Deepest Sympathy. I remember her from high school. While the rest of my class was so mean to me, she always took time out to talk to me. She left me know she was there and cared. She always had a kind word. She will always be in my thoughts and heart.
With Deepest Sympathy,

I just want to send my prayer for strength and hope during this very difficult time. A loss of a young life somehow feels so hard to process emotionally the loss of Nettie is so big. Having moved away, I haven''t had contact recently, but her impact was huge and my memories are warm and kind and endearing and for that I thank God for the chance to have called her a friend. Know that support is out there and strength will come when you need it most. You are not alone in this.
Blessings to you all,
Christy
