He is survived by his nephew Harold Harsh and wife Joanne; his niece, Gladys Anderson; and Harold and Joanne’s five children, Thomas E. Harsh and wife Cathy, Harold R. Harsh, Jr. and wife Jana, Patricia L. Harsh, David T. Harsh and wife Darlene, and Theresa Anthony and husband Jeff.
