Dearest Callis Family,
You do not know me but in reading Mr. Callis' obituary I wanted to express my sympathy. It sounds as if Mr. Callis led a full life doing the things that made him happy. I think that is why it is so hard to accept death. Isaiah 25:8 says,
"He will actually swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces...." What a wonderful time that will be. This hope has helped my family during the recent loss of my uncle. I hope it comforts your family as well.
