In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Shelly R. (Mayfield) Griffin; two daughters, Sydney Griffin of Indiana and Brittney Pennington and husband Kristopher Durst of Accident; two sons, Damian J. Cooke, US Army Spc. and fiancée Summer Adams of Morgantown, WV and Ryan D. Cooke of Accident; father in law and mother in law, Garry and Helen Mayfield of Accident; a sister in law, Angie Mayfield of Chambersburg, PA; a niece, Bethany Beeghly; and numerous aunts and uncles as well as many cousins.
