He is survived by two sisters; Elizabeth Taylor and husband Elmer of Hanover, PA., and Jacqueline Hawley of Manheim, PA., and a brother; R. Victor Dilgard and wife Kathy of Oakland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Elaine (Terlizzi) Dilgard and a brother, Frederick Dilgard.
