A dear friend whom I'll never forget, on our last week working together at Merkle signed my book:
Always keep your head up and look people in the eye. No - one & I do mean NO-ONE is better than you. You are a child of God, that makes you perfect just the way you are! Keep your witty sense of humor, it will see you through a lot. Keep writing those songs and singing, you may be famous one day. It has to happen to someone, why not you? Loved you at Merkle, and will always love you as a dear friend. Keep smilin' it makes people wonder what you've been up to. Love Ya, Deb
She was a very special woman and I hope she knows how much those words meant to me. Her message, along with the many others who wrote me, were such a great inspiration and meant more to me than I can express. Thank you for caring, and for being a wonderful friend.
