He was the son of the late Robert ”Popa” and Minnie “Big Moma” Hinebaugh and Nellie Hinebaugh Dixon. He is survived by a wonderful, loving wife of 54 years, Wanda Delores (Wilt) Hinebaugh. A father of four daughters, all of Oakland: Alta and the late Jim Glotfelty, Helen Louise and Darvin Pysell, Brenda and Shayne Lambert and Robin and John Blamble; and three sons: Glenn “Bo” and Sonia of Virginia Beach, VA, Rodney and Nancy of Oakland, and CW III Kenneth and Amy of Aberdeen, MD. He was the proud “Pap” to 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He leaves a beloved nephew, Roger and Cheri Hinebaugh, two half-sisters, Frances Sharpless and Gladys Virts; and two half-brothers, Roy and Dale Dixon all of Oakland. He is preceded in death by five brothers: Carl, Albert, Charles “Buck”, Arlie and Claude “Bud”; four sisters, Helen Mayles, Elsie Reishel, Alta Mroziewski and Almeta Haslup and one half-sister, Alta “Tookie” Hinebaugh Nelson.
