He is survived by a daughter, Ella Jean Holland of Oakland; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and a number of half-brothers and half-sisters who reside in Garrett County. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Evelyn Miller and Alyce Miller; two children, Milton Miller and Alma Burns; a grandson, Steve Burns; and a number of brothers and sisters.
