Obituary of Richard Leslie Howard

Richard Leslie Howard, 56, of Oakland died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Richard was born on July 6, 1955 in Baltimore, the son of the late Jesse James and Annalee Barbara (Simmons) Howard. He is survived by two sons, Travis L. Howard, Sr. and Richard J. Howard; also his girlfriend, Ruby Dunham of Oakland, and a number of grandchildren. Friends will be received at the DAVID A.
