He is survived by a daughter, Linda Evans of Keyser, WV; three sons, Archie Paugh, Brian Paugh, and Mark Paugh, all of Elk Garden; a step-son, Tim Bosley of Elk Garden; two sisters, Mary Jones and Martha Haddix; three brothers, Herman “Duke” Paugh, Randolph “Monroe” Paugh, and Kelvin “Rat” Paugh; and six grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Mike Paugh.
