She is survived by two sons, Daniel Paugh and wife Diane of Kitzmiller, and David Paugh and wife Diane of Baltimore; four daughters, Rosalee Evans and husband Jim of Oakland, Shirley Sharpless of Kitzmiller, Joann Gregg and husband Larry of Kitzmiller, and Suzie Fike and husband Carl of Oakland; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Edward A (Ted) Paugh; two infant daughters, Norma and Ruby; two brothers, Ernest Kent and Lawrence Kent; three sisters, Rosetta Doman, Elsie Nelson, and Georgia Burton; and son-in-law, Gary Sharpless.
