She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Donald E. Monroe; her children, Dave Monroe and wife Denise of Durham, CT, Donna Monroe of Trinity, FL, Deanne Monroe of Clearwater, FL, Donald Monroe of Dunedin, FL, Denise Garcia and husband Michael of Murriata, CA and Doreen Monroe of Vancouver, WV; grandchildren, Jonathan Monroe, Kyle Monroe, Silvio Rosati, Jr., Stefano Rosati, Sophia Rosati-Fubio and husband Michael, Rachelle Garcia, Michael Garcia, Matthew Garcia and Morgan Garcia; a great granddaughter, Aubrey; a brother, David Duggan of McHenry; cousin, Paul Duggan and wife Mary; and three nephews and two nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Darlene Monroe.
