He is survived by a daughter, Debra M. Shannahan and husband Daniel of Baltimore; a son, William A. Zang, Jr. of Litchfield, IL; a sister, Phyllis Williams and husband Bill of Baltimore; also two granddaughters; a nephew, Neal Williams of Baltimore; and numerous cousins.
