He is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Paugh of Elk Garden; a granddaughter, Tessa Paugh and husband Patrick; two great grandsons, Ethan Nathaniel and Jayden John Paugh; and two sisters, Mary Kitzmiller of Kitzmiller and Mildred Detwiler of Altoona, PA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Annabelle (Jackson) Paugh, in 2000; a sister, Alma Barnard; and two brothers, Leonard and Joe Eddie Paugh.
