He is survived by two daughters, Donna L. Legeer of Oakland and Tammy Thrift and husband Barry of Mt. Lake Park; two sons, William L. Legeer and Frederick I. Legeer both of Oakland; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; a brother, John Legeer and wife Elsa of Deer Park; three sisters, Lois "Laney" McHale of York, PA, Judith Wilt and husband Lloyd of Mt. Lake Park, and Christina Tasker and husband George of Pokomoke City; an uncle, Lue Legeer and wife Helen of LaVale; and several other aunts and uncles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia M. (Baker) Legeer, in 2003; two sisters, Vauda Legeer and Evajean Smith; and a brother-in law, George McHale.
