He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Alice (Lohr) Plank of Oakland; two daughters, Susan Plank of Oakland and Jennifer Lynn Dittenhofer of Lafayette, CO; a son, Mark Plank of Temple, TX; a granddaughter, Brandie Dittenhofer; and a brother, Robert A. Plank of Hurlock, MD. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Edward Plank.
