He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Helen “Louise” (Layton) Foltz; a son, Michael Foltz and wife Vonda (Curry) of Bayard; grandchildren, Randall “Scott” Foltz, Michael “Aaron” Foltz, Patrick Foltz and Dana (Foltz) Eyler; great grandchildren, Lily, Josh, Jocelyn, and Marylin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Randall “Randy” Foltz and brothers, Fay Foltz and Charles Foltz.
