She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harland “Buss” Friend; two daughters, Glenda Sharpless and husband Randy and Katherine A. Davey and husband Gary; two grandsons, Randall Sharpless Jr. and wife Chrissy and Harland Sharpless and wife Jennifer; four great grandchildren, Lauren, Kendall, Emily and Levi, all of Swanton; a sister, Anna Evans and husband Bill of Franklinville, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Kitzmiller and a brother, Ray “Sonny” Jones, Jr.
