We will so miss our dear friend Nancy Frey. What a wonderful lady. She was talented, always giving and man did she know how to hang. Good weather, bad weather or whatever she was always ready at the drop of a hat. Whether a boat ride, shopping for antiques, bluegrass at JG's, dinner at the house or a steak at Pawn Run Saloon, she was always game. Redskin games at her house with fried oysters were the best. We'll miss our long thoughtful conversations about anything and everything, our sunset cocktail hours on the porch or just being together.
We got to spend quality time with Nancy this fall while at the lake. We went to a few of our favorite places as well as a few informal get-togethers at her place and ours. She had slowed a bit but as always was ready to go at a moments notice. We shared the love for Deep Creek and all the peace and beauty it brought to our lives. Part of her will live on forever with us.
