In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Derek Cody Reckart and Michael Ray Reckart, both of Oakland; two brothers, Robert Reckart and wife Rebecca of Kitzmiller and Rodney Reckart and wife Amanda of Crellin; a number of aunts and uncles; three nephews; and four nieces.
