He is survived by two brothers, Rev. Billy Foster and wife Violet of Oakland and Jessie Marvin Foster, Sr. and wife Chris of Rising Sun; a sister, Janet Wilt and husband Bud of Oakland; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, infant Archie Benjamin, George and John Foster; and two sisters, Mildred White and Geraldine Harvey.
