He is survived by both parents, Clarence “Hunk” and Carolyn (Savage) Cogley and Dorothy J. (Whitacre) Sines, all of Oakland. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Ronald Cogley, William H. Cogley and Franklin L. Cogley, all of Oakland; a step-sister, Tonya Priapi; a step-brother, Jimmy Hook; and a number of nieces and nephews.
